For government & emergency management
No agency can be everywhere when disaster strikes. Compa organizes the community layer: residents, volunteers, and CERT teams, so your preparedness, response, and recovery efforts reach further, in the spirit of FEMA's Whole Community approach.
Emergency operations plans cover agencies and assets. Compa covers the people: organized, reachable, and ready to help each other.
Preparedness campaigns that actually land. Reach residents where they live with household-level readiness guidance, drill coordination, and plain-language alerts: before, during, and after events.
Give CERT teams and spontaneous volunteers one organized place to deploy. Post needs, assign offers, and track who's doing what: without the chaos of group chats and spreadsheets. Designed to fit ICS-based volunteer staging.
See what official sensors can't: blocked streets, neighbors needing wellness checks, open shelters with capacity. Community-reported and locally verified: ground truth that feeds your common operating picture and strengthens the lifelines FEMA prioritizes: food, water, sheltering, and communications.
Disasters hit hardest where access is thinnest. Compa is built plain-language first, multilingual, and low-bandwidth friendly: so vulnerable residents aren't left out of the response.
CERT volunteers are trained to help: Compa gives them somewhere organized to do it, and gives you a way to direct the spontaneous volunteers who show up anyway.
Trust is everything in emergency management. So let's be precise.
Compa is built by Integer LLC, a Florida AI solutions provider with delivered client work across South Florida.
Pilot program
We're inviting a small number of emergency management agencies, CERT programs, and community organizations to shape Compa before public launch.
Pilot partnerships are structured collaboratively: our goal is learning, not revenue. We'll discuss a scope that works for both sides before anything begins. Compa is designed to support grant-eligible activities under programs such as EMPG, SHSP, and UASI: confirm eligibility with your State Administrative Agency or FEMA regional office.
Privacy is foundational. Your data works for your rescue, not for advertisers: Compa never sells personal information for advertising or marketing. To coordinate aid, we share the minimum necessary information, such as location and the needs or offers posted, with vetted emergency-response and government partners under written contract, and only to deliver help and coordinate response. Our public privacy policy is published on this site, and we're happy to discuss your requirements during the pilot.
Accessibility is a design requirement, not an afterthought. We're building to WCAG 2.2 AA and plain-language standards, with low-bandwidth and multilingual support: because the people most at risk in disasters are often the least served by technology.
No. Compa complements official systems: it organizes the community layer that sits alongside 911, public alerting, and NIMS/ICS structures. It doesn't replace agency authority or command.
No. Compa is an independent product of Integer LLC. We're inspired by FEMA's Whole Community doctrine, but we are not endorsed by, affiliated with, or acting on behalf of FEMA or any government agency.
